We are not a sponsor handing out free kit to the fastest people in the room. We are a community of cyclists, triathletes, and runners who train hard, race clean, and want the gear they pin a number on to be the gear they helped shape. Whether you are chasing a Kona slot or holding down a full-time job, two kids, and a 5am trainer session, the Collective exists for mutual motivation, real feedback, and a kit that performs as hard as you do.

Every member is embedded in a local club or scene. That is the point. The Collective is built around the people who set the tone in their training group, their tri club, their Tuesday chaingang. You are the proof that Prime Wear performs, and you are the reason your club hears about us in the first place.

Who we are looking for

You do not need to be fast. You need to be present.

We want athletes who:

  • Train and race consistently across cycling, triathlon, running, or a mix of all three

  • Are active in a local club, squad, or training community in the DACH region (or beyond)

  • Care about gear and can give us honest, useful feedback on fit, fabric, and performance

  • Show up well online and in person as a representative of the brand

  • Race clean and set a good example

Age-group champions and first-season beginners are equally welcome. Commitment to the community matters more than your FTP.

FAQs

Yes. The annual fee covers your founding kit credit, your team essentials, and the cost of running the Collective (community, events, partner activation). Founding members lock in their renewal rate.
Prime Wear Collective is an age-group community program, not a sponsorship. We treat every member equally and offer kit and discounts no retail customer gets. Direct sponsorship is reserved for a small number of professional athletes outside this program.
No. We have athletes of every ability. Commitment to the community matters more than your times.
No. If you accept your place in Prime Wear Collective you cannot race on behalf of another industry team. Your local club and coaching group are fine.
Yes. When a club you introduce completes its first Prime Wear custom team order, your annual fee is refunded in full. See the Club Channel section.
The tier determines which kit your founding credit applies to (tri suit, cycling jersey and bib, or run kit) and which inline range your discount covers. Pick the one that matches how you race most. Multisport athletes should choose Tri & Multisport.
Yes, you must be at least 18.
