We are looking for two athletes making the jump from the age group to the pros. With your own design, your own kit and Prime Wear as your partner from day one.

Turning pro takes more than speed.

Women who take the leap to the pro field rarely have sponsors, their own branding or a plan for marketing themselves. That is exactly where we come in.

We build custom kits, athlete branding and aero suits every day anyway. Here we make it visible through two real stories: a whole season, from the first pro licence to the first pro start, with Prime Wear as your partner from day one.

The Prime Wear Collective is where age-groupers start, the Women Pro Program is the next step. With us, the way forward really is open.

Her Pro Package

A complete pro setup.

A sponsorship package that costs you nothing: each athlete gets her own brand, her own kit, material for sponsors and our network behind her.

  1. Your own design

    A signature design developed together with you: your own look instead of a team kit.

  2. Kit in your design

    Tri Suit Long Distance Elite with custom fitting, Elite Jersey, Bib Short, running singlet and shirt, warm-up layer. Race suits for every race, plus a training kit.

  3. Athlete branding

    Logo or monogram, colours and fonts.

  4. Athlete Deck

    Your pitch for sponsors: story, results, race calendar, reach and sponsorship packages, as a PDF and a web version.

  5. Network

    Intros to Prime Wear partners, race organisers, coaches, bike fitters and physios. Plus mentoring from pros on our roster.

  6. Aero know-how

    Fabric and suit choice based on our wind tunnel data from Silverstone, a fit check of your race position and a place in the Prime Wear wind tunnel test in March 2027.

  7. Business support

    Help with sponsor pitches, contract checks and emails, sparring on marketing and social media.

We are looking for two.

Two triathletes with strong age-group results and a clear plan to race with a pro licence in 2027.

  1. 01

    Performance. Age-group podiums or top placings over middle and long distance, ideally with a world championship slot (70.3 or IRONMAN).

  2. 02

    Plan. Pro licence for 2027 applied for or firmly planned, a rough race calendar in place.

  3. 03

    Region. Based in the DACH region, so that races, expos and shoots are doable together.

  4. 04

    Personality. A story worth telling: career change, a job next to the sport, comeback, mum, studies.

  5. 05

    Content. Keen to share your journey in public. Reach is not a criterion, attitude is.

  6. 06

    Apparel. Free of existing apparel contracts for 2027.

Your season

A season in Prime Wear.

You wear Prime Wear for the whole 2027 season and take us along on your journey.

  1. 01Prime Wear at every race, in training content and at official appearances (apparel exclusivity).
  2. 02Regular content and collab posts with Prime Wear, with our content team on site at selected races.
  3. 03One or two appearances at the Prime Wear stand at expos, no booth duty.
  4. 04Product feedback as a tester, especially for women's cuts and tri suits.
  5. 05Part of the Collective community: a Q&A, group ride or workshop for the members.

Nothing. The Women Pro Program is a sponsorship package: design, kit, athlete branding, Athlete Deck and everything else in the package come from us. In return you race the 2027 season in Prime Wear and take us along on your journey.

No. Applied for or firmly planned is enough. What matters is that you race with a pro licence in 2027.

Middle and long distance. Ideally you have already qualified for a 70.3 or IRONMAN world championship, but it is not a must.

No particular amount. Reach is not a criterion, attitude is: you should be keen to share your journey in public.

For 2027 you need to be free, because you race the whole season in Prime Wear. The exclusivity covers apparel: the Athlete Deck and our business support help you find partners in other areas.

The programme is meant for athletes from Austria, Germany and Switzerland, so that races, expos and shoots are doable together.
