A community of cyclists, triathletes and runners who train hard, race clean, and want the gear they pin a number on to be the gear they helped shape.
You do not need to be fast. You need to be present.
We are not a sponsor handing out free kit to the fastest people in the room. Whether you are chasing a Kona slot or holding down a full-time job, two kids, and a 5am trainer session, the Collective exists for mutual motivation, real feedback, and a kit that performs as hard as you do.
Every member is embedded in a local club or scene. That is the point. The Collective is built around the people who set the tone in their training group, their tri club, their Tuesday chaingang. You are the proof that Prime Wear performs, and you are the reason your club hears about us in the first place.

Criteria
Who we are looking for
Age-group champions and first-season beginners are equally welcome. Commitment to the community matters more than your FTP.
- 01Train and race consistently across cycling, triathlon, running, or a mix of all three
- 02Are active in a local club, squad, or training community in the DACH region (or beyond)
- 03Care about gear and can give us honest, useful feedback on fit, fabric, and performance
- 04Show up well online and in person as a representative of the brand
- 05Race clean and set a good example

Yes. The season fee is 149€ for the Single Sport Package, 249€ for Triathlon "Race" and 399€ for Triathlon "Full". The fee covers the kit and everything listed in the package.
Not in the classic sense. We are not a sponsor handing out free kit to the fastest people in the room. The Collective is a community: you pay a season fee, you get the kit, and you help shape the gear you race in.

Single Sport covers running or cycling with one kit. Triathlon "Race" includes the Elite Tri Suit. Triathlon "Full" adds a complete Elite Cycling Kit on top. All three include the founding tee, the cap, PW1 socks, member discounts and community access.
