Our custom kits are available in sizes 3XS to 4XL and follow an athletic, close-fitting cut, built for full freedom of movement on the bike, on the run and in competition.

For the best fit we recommend measuring chest, waist and hip and comparing them with our size chart.

Tri suits: special sizes & custom fitting

For tri suits we additionally offer the intermediate sizes S/T and M/T, ideal for athletes who sit between two standard sizes or have a slightly longer torso.

On top of that, every tri suit can be made with an individual custom fitting. Working from your body measurements we cut the kit specifically for you, for maximum aerodynamics and comfort on race day. Just ask us.

Returns & complaints

Because every kit is made to your measurements and design, we cannot accept returns for a wrong size choice. We therefore strongly recommend requesting a sample size set up front.

For proven production defects within the 12-month warranty period we will of course remake or replace the item. Contact us with photos of the defect and your order number.

To get the longest life out of your Prime Wear kit, please follow these care instructions:

Washing

• Cold wash at max. 30 °C
• Gentle / delicate cycle, low spin speed
• Wash in a laundry bag, it protects fabric and zips
• Close all zips before washing
• No fabric softener, it impairs the moisture-wicking function
• No aggressive detergents or bleach
• Wash light and dark kits separately, especially on the first wash

Drying

• Air dry, no tumble dryer
• Do not dry in direct sunlight
• Do not wring or twist

Storage

• Store dry and away from light
• Store reflective elements facing inwards to avoid abrasion

Damage caused by improper care is excluded from the quality guarantee.
